The project collects and processes personal data, which is limited to what is strictly necessary for historical documentation and the identification of photographic material. Under no circumstances is it the practice of the project to publish personal data of living persons and to match scenes from the life of the city with the active activities of our fellow citizens or professionals against their will.

The protection of personal data is covered in our country as well as in the EU with a strong institutional framework based on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and its implementing law 4624/2019 (Government Gazette A’ 137/ 29.8.2019), which we apply faithfully.

In accordance with the law, citizens retain in all cases the following rights in all cases, inalienably

Right of Access, to the data processed by the institution.

Right of Correction, or completion of the data if they are incomplete or incorrect.

Right to Erasure, if the legal requirements are not met and the express consent of the subjects is not obtained.

Right to Restriction of Processing, in case their accuracy or compliance with the law is questioned.

Right of Objection, if you disagree with the collection and processing of data or the lawfulness of the collection and processing operations.
